Flow-state, often known as being "in the zone," is that sweet spot where you’re fully engaged, productive, and truly enjoying what you’re doing. In this state, everything feels smooth, time flies, and each action feels almost automatic. You’re focused, and fulfilled, and the work flows effortlessly. To reach flow, there’s a perfect balance between the task’s challenge and your skill level, with clear goals and instant feedback to keep you on track. Psychologist Mihály Csíkszentmihályi coined the concept of flow, and it’s since become a game-changer across sports, education, and business for boosting performance and satisfaction.

I know first-hand how challenging it can be to juggle the demands of business and life. Having worked alongside CEOs and founders, I understand the importance of having someone in your corner who truly gets it – someone who isn’t just about the tasks but is invested in your growth over the long term. With over 20 years of experience across diverse industries, including major retailers like Cotton On Group, Target, and Virgin Retail UK, as well as tech start-ups like NURVV and Cazoo in London, I bring a wealth of expertise to support your business. I live on the beautiful Sunshine Coast after prioritising travel, living abroad, and exploring the world for the last two decades. I love travelling and have been to 43 countries, some multiple times.

I also love the ocean, spending time in nature with friends, and my gorgeous little velcro dog, Max the Cavoodle, aka my shadow….IYKYK. I’m passionate about wellness and self-development, practising Yin Yoga, Breathwork, and Sound Baths. You can also find me enjoying a craft gin or a spicy margarita at one of my favourite restaurants. Life is an adventure, and I bring that same energy and enthusiasm into my work.

I’m an ENFJ-A and a Manifesting Generator, which means I thrive on connecting with others, leading with empathy, and making things happen. Driven by purpose, I bring a unique blend of creativity and efficiency to everything I do. My approach is rooted in clear, open communication - I’m straightforward, transparent, and keep the focus on getting results that align with your vision.
